Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN Emergency Department to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Overlake Medical Center. With a focus on providing exceptional patient care, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
About the Role
This position requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current WA state RN license or Multistate RN License. Experience in emergency department settings is strongly preferred, and a BSN is desirable. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $63,919 and $112,054, based on experience and qualifications. This range reflects the minimum and maximum pay scales for the job, and additional pay may be offered based on shift, certification, or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity. The estimated hourly wage is $30.71 - $53.94.
Work Environment
Our Emergency Department is a 40-bed Level 3 Trauma center that serves as a backup to Harborview for large-scale or regional emergency/disaster situations.
