We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Marquee Dental Partners.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a starting salary of $22 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, six paid holidays, and a 401(k) program.

Job Description
  • Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists by charting, educating patients, setting up and cleaning operatories
  • Manage patient flow to ensure efficient appointments
  • Welcome patients and deliver positive patient experiences
  • Capture and process X-rays
  • Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files at the direction of the dentist
  • Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
  • Monitor laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school
  • X-ray certification or ability to acquire in a timely manner
  • Coronal polishing and nitrous oxide certifications preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members
