Clinical Leadership Opportunity at Genesis HealthCare LLC
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Nurse Supervisor at our Genesis HealthCare LLC facility. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel.
* Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
* Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
* A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
* BSN preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
