Cashier Service Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process food orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and care
  • Deliver food to guest tables with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Bag takeout orders with a personal touch
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins
  • Ensure fresh coffee, unsweetened tea, lemonade, and horchata are always available
  • Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain food safety HACCP checks daily
Requirements:
  • Basic PC knowledge and ability to learn our systems
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Food handlers' card required
