Finishing Technician

As a Finishing Technician at Randstad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and manage tools and machinery to support the production of heat exchangers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct periodic checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with management to maintain machinery and support production needs.
- Prepare equipment for operation by performing necessary pre-startup activities on multiple machines.
- Operate and monitor machinery during production to ensure product quality and minimize unplanned stoppages.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous production.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Understanding of production procedures and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
