About the Role

The Housekeeping House Attendant is a key member of our Housekeeping Team, responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and maintain linen and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and public areas
  • Transport dirty linen and clean linens to and from guest rooms and laundry facilities
  • Assist Housekeepers with moving heavy objects, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging drapes and sheers
  • Pick up and deliver guest request items, such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and roll-away beds
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in all areas of Housekeeping and laundry coverage
  • Report any suspicious activity or health and safety hazards to management

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience
  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization
  • Ability to understand and speak work-related English to assist team members and guests
  • Hold a valid driving license to operate golf carts
  • Flexibility with schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening/overnight shifts
