Job Title: Houseperson and Shuttle Driver

Delta Hotels by Marriott is seeking a Houseperson and Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Houseperson and Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by escorting them to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage, and maintaining the cleanliness of our public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort guests to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, windows, fitness center, and public restrooms.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Shuttle guests to and from the airport, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.
  • High levels of contact with all types of people, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to maintain a vehicle mileage log.
