Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our team at State Farm. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases and providing exceptional representation to our clients.

This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. You will be part of a congenial and team-oriented professional work environment with skilled support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle civil litigation cases, including trial preparation and representation
  • Develop and implement effective trial strategies
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of case law and evidence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 2-10 years of civil trial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
