About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician/Esthetician to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics. As a key member of our Brow Bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend products and services to meet client needs.
• Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and makeup applications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Valid state-issued aesthetician, cosmetologist, or waxing license.
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong track record of sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and products as required.
