Position Overview:

We are collaborating with a well-established bakery manufacturing firm to fill the role of Sanitation Operations Supervisor. This position is located in Chaska, MN and operates on the 1st shift, Friday to Monday. The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, healthcare, vision and dental coverage, paid time off, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assign tasks to ensure the effectiveness of daily sanitation processes in compliance with customer, governmental, and corporate standards.
  • Implement and uphold safety and food safety regulations.
  • Train, develop, and inspire the sanitation team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure adequate workforce coverage.
  • Verify that all equipment has been properly sanitized.
  • Complete daily sanitation logs and necessary shift documentation.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of sanitation equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet the operational needs set by the Plant Director.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and third-party audit standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing and planning work activities.

This role is commutable from various locations.
