- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues, including battery and charging systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery replacements and electrical system checks
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, including communicating with customers about repairs and maintenance
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions
- Education and Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- State-specific auto repair certifications preferred
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair
