Position Overview
This is a full-time role compensated on an hourly basis.

Location:
This position requires onsite presence in Hutto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to verify incoming shipments.
  • Process and submit invoices related to warehouse shipments to corporate.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Ensure adherence to production standards within the warehouse.
  • Oversee the installation of windows and insulation of doors.
  • Meet daily production deadlines and manage workflow effectively.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials by installers.
  • Facilitate the correct execution of material transfers within the warehouse.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Communicate any inventory shortages or production issues to management.
  • Oversee temporary staff and manage work assignments.
  • Conduct weekly inventory assessments and report findings.
  • Collaborate with Branch Associates to determine daily operational needs.
  • Monitor safety protocols and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Report unresolved safety issues and employee violations to management.

Classification Requirements:
There is a probationary period of 90 working days, after which a review will determine the possibility of permanent employment status.
