Premier America Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Deposit Product Manager to oversee the strategy, management, and positioning of all credit union deposit products. This role requires a strong leader who can drive growth and enhance the utilization of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and member feedback to optimize product positioning.
- Provide competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and gaps, and extract insights.
- Define and implement business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services, including project and budget approvals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for deposit product offerings.
- Develop business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected returns on investment.
- Design, implement, manage, and enhance a single product or suite of products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key product performance and growth metrics to identify trends and recommend action plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key metrics and action plans to optimize financial performance of deposit products.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years Financial Services experience managing deposit products and/or experience in regulated industries managing products is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent field is required.
- Proven ability to drive strategic marketing programs resulting in targeted deposit growth.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and planning skills.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative environment, with the ability to work within a team and in a matrixed environment.
- Must have excellent professional presentation skills, and the ability to interact and engage with all levels of management/leadership.
