  • Manage all facets of commercial litigation, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
  • Provide legal counsel on various commercial issues such as contracts, disputes, liability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Formulate effective legal strategies aimed at dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Represent the firm and its clients in diverse legal forums, including court cases, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong litigation capabilities with the proficiency to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
  • Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
