Job Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type: Contract/Temporary/Travel

Location: Alamogordo, NM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in Alamogordo, NM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
  • Evaluate and treat patients with diagnosed conditions
  • Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisor and other team members
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
  • At least 2 years of SLP experience
