Salary Range
$81,000 - $116,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Mental Health Clinician Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with special mental health needs. You'll work directly with clients and their families, using evidence-based practices to develop and implement treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. As a member of our team, you'll be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans that address client needs and goals
* Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
* Complete all required documentation and written reports in a timely manner
* Collaborate with colleagues, community agencies, and families to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve positive outcomes
* Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that support exceptional service delivery

Requirements
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in a field of behavioral science
* Current license registration issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
* Valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and a driving record that meets Victor's standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders
