Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to join our team at Lead-Seattle, contributing to various construction projects across Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications.
• Cut, shape, and measure wood, plywood, and other materials according to project needs.
• Collaborate with other construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
