Mixology Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hyatt Place Ocean City. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, processing payments, and communicating effectively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to meet the needs of our guests.
• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing glasses and utensils, and restocking supplies.
• Payment Processing: Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other team members, including servers and management, to ensure seamless service.
• Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Math Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process payments.
