Position Overview
Compensation: $17.38 USD Gross per hour
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work under the guidance of the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager to provide outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and assisting them in selecting products with a friendly demeanor.
- Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilizing effective communication skills to assist guests throughout their experience.
- Taking charge of operations in the absence of supervisory staff.
- Ensuring that the service standards of the establishment are consistently met.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of daily activities, in-house groups, and available services.
- Greeting all customers warmly and ensuring a pleasant farewell.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of all products available in our retail outlets.
- Promoting additional products to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue.
- Understanding the operation and maintenance of all relevant equipment, including Point of Sale Systems.
- Exhibiting attention to detail and accuracy in all job functions.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively and following through on assignments.
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members while respecting all colleagues.
- Contributing positively to the work environment.
- Delivering service that is consistent, personalized, and gracious.
- Adhering to service commitments and core values.
- Meeting the necessary skill levels for job proficiency to ensure a safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively to achieve attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems is essential.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Restocking merchandise displays as needed.
- Effective verbal communication with guests and over the phone.
