Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Responsible for all things ITAM, including workflow configuration, forms, and integrations.
  • Serve as Technical Consultant for all ITAM configurations.
  • Work with customers to gather, refine, and scope out ITAM requirements.
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum environment and contribute to the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.
  • Strong knowledge on capabilities, configurations, and best practices related to IT Asset Management within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Service Now Product Catalogs, Order guides and Product Configurator.
  • Strong JavaScript Skills as it relates to Service Now.
  • Ability to research and independently learn new technical information to perform configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems, and network devices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) a plus.
