Job Summary

This role provides comprehensive IT support across the organization, reporting directly to the Software Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support to employees with hardware, software, and telephone issues.
  • Administer FortiGate Firewalls to maintain network security and compliance.
  • Manage cloud networks, particularly with Microsoft Azure, to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Install and support local area networks (LAN) and internet systems to meet business needs.
  • Administer server software applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Manage Webex Telephone systems to improve communication and collaboration.
  • Administer Cisco UCS data center to optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee VMWare virtual servers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Administer Datto backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Perform administrative tasks, duties, and reports promptly to meet business requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required by the business to ensure success.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year AS degree in IT Administration, Network Administration, or a related field; BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Cisco networks (CCNA certification) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
