Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing comprehensive medical assessments for each patient upon admission
  • Performing all nursing shift duties, including screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts, addressing pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations, dispensing meds, and maintaining med logs
  • Collaborating with medical, clinical, and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Ensuring impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each patient

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum one-year diploma program post-high school
  • Current, valid LPN licensure in CO
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the treatment industry
  • Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative, multitasking, and time management skills
