Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Completing comprehensive medical assessments for each patient upon admission
- Performing all nursing shift duties, including screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts, addressing pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations, dispensing meds, and maintaining med logs
- Collaborating with medical, clinical, and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Ensuring impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each patient
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Requirements- A High School diploma or GED
- A minimum one-year diploma program post-high school
- Current, valid LPN licensure in CO
- A minimum of one year of experience in the treatment industry
- Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent collaborative, multitasking, and time management skills
