Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 5-10 years of design and field experience. The responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting field investigations and performing structural analysis and design.
  • Collaborating with clients and other design and construction professionals.
  • Engaging in a variety of complex projects involving steel, concrete, timber, and masonry materials, including new constructions and the restoration of historical buildings.
  • Participating in forensic investigations and providing litigation support for expert witness services.
Key Duties

Generate structural engineering designs and modifications by:

  • Identifying project objectives and challenges.
  • Researching and developing innovative structural engineering techniques.
  • Verifying and validating design and construction methodologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering; a Master of Science is preferred.
  • Professional registration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with computer-aided analysis/design of structures; familiarity with BIM software is advantageous.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site meetings and investigations.
