- Resident Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse Licensure: Current licensure in good standing.
- CPR Certification: Active certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting.
