About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst Intermediate to join our team in Newark, DE. This is a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Estimated Salary: $35.13-$37.24 per hour

The successful candidate will work on various tax-related tasks, including ensuring consistency in information reporting practices, preparing and maintaining procedure documentation, and mapping process flow for transaction information and recipient information for CIB clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in tax reporting practices
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date procedure documentation
  • Develop and implement process improvements for transaction information and recipient information
  • Communicate tax document preparation status, progress, accuracy, and correction to management
  • Maintain metrics on account filings and corrections
  • Research and resolve tax-related questions for key stakeholders
  • Perform preliminary checks on tax reporting information before validation
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have experience with AEOI – FATCA and CRS reporting, 1042S reporting, T5/T5008 reporting (Canada), W form validation, US Indicia, and the subsequent application of back up withholding, and 1099 B and 1099 Div reporting as well as 1099 copy to IRS filing.
