Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects.

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction on commercial construction projects.
  2. Maintain control over construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  3. Collaborate with the project team to develop a comprehensive work plan, establish priorities, and assign tasks.
  4. Coordinate the preparation of project schedules and long-term planning.
  5. Implement, monitor, update, and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions.
  6. Manage financial aspects of contracts, including reviewing and approving budgets, cost reports, rental equipment, and expenses.
  7. Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown, and Monthly Reports.
  8. Oversee subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades, and payments.
  9. Cultivate a safe and secure job site environment.
  10. Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submission.
  11. Develop and train the project team and allocate project resources effectively.

About You

  • You will have 5-15 years of experience working with a General Contractor.
  • Your background should include experience within the Healthcare sector.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Design/build experience is essential.
  • You must be proficient in software and technology.
  • You possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • You excel at time management.
  • Staying up-to-date with the Construction Market and new technologies is crucial.
