Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business partnerships with referral sources, promoting our home health services to the local healthcare community, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • College degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
