Job Title: 1st Shift IHM Floater

Qubica AMF Worldwide LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 1st Shift IHM Floater to join our production team.

Job Summary:

The 1st Shift IHM Floater will be responsible for operating various tools and equipment to prepare parts for products to be ready for the next phase of completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read and understand prints, and use of measuring devices such as calipers, protractors, and squares.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various tools and equipment to prepare parts for products.
  • Read and understand prints to ensure accurate production.
  • Use measuring devices to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Achieve production efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Rotate work stations according to business and production needs.
  • Adhere to work schedules and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift overhead.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Environment:

The 1st Shift IHM Floater will work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and frequent exposure to moving parts. The temperature in the warehouse can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
