CANPACK Group is a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment. You will be working closely with our production team to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance tasks on our industrial equipment, including strappers, ovens, and wrapper machines.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot faulty equipment and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Training and Development: Train employees on TPM concepts and best practices to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Specialist in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Vocational education in Mechanical, Technical, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, and fabrication techniques.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
