OSP Construction Specialist

The Construction Project Administrator role at Ziply Fiber is a critical position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring OSP construction work meets industry standards, cost, and timeline expectations for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect OSP contractors' work and guide contract inspectors to ensure compliance with NESC and Ziply standards.
- Develop and implement new processes, process documentation, web applications, and field software involving NESC inspections and corrections, pole transfer work.
- Provide training to contract personnel on accepted aerial plant inspection and correction methods used by Ziply, along with associated field software applications.
- 5+ years of experience in OSP construction and/or OSP engineering.
- Strong knowledge of NESC, OSP construction techniques, telecom industry best practices, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A competitive salary: $54,000 - $90,000 annually DOE.
