Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary with a revenue-based production model, offering a total estimated annual compensation of approximately $325,000 based on industry standards for pediatricians in this region.

  • Annual Salary: Estimated at $250,000 - $275,000 depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Revenue-based production model providing opportunities for additional income
