Job Overview

At Persona Signs, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for assembling and welding sign cabinets according to shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld frames of steel or aluminum, selecting the correct welder setting for the material used.
  • Operate cutting torch and plasma cutter to precision-cut metal components.
  • Install raceways and mounting provisions as specified in shop drawings.
  • Operate crane, forklift, and iron worker as needed to facilitate efficient production.
  • Weld dual shield for added durability and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in welding or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong cognitive thinking skills and ability to read tape measures and perform simple math calculations.
  • Knowledge of simple wiring diagrams and ability to read and understand information in job packets.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with varying overtime hours. The core hours for the first shift are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The second shift hours are 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Weekend shift hours are 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
