The Opportunity

The Facilities Team is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are met.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities, including resident rooms and shared areas
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Execute laundry service and daily changing of residents' beds, including ironing and pressing as needed
• Inspect resident rooms and communal areas to ensure they are tidy and meet our high standards
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Reset areas after use, keeping safety and sanitation as a motivating factor in your work
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues

What You'll Bring

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens
• Demonstrates effective time management skills
• Housekeeping or related experience desired
