Position Title: Legal Counsel - North America

Role Summary:
In the capacity of Legal Counsel for North America, you will tackle a variety of legal challenges, facilitate contract negotiations, oversee litigation processes, and collaborate closely with executive leadership in a dynamic business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate intricate agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Work alongside business stakeholders on sales contracts and related projects.
- Assist in the management of litigation cases.
- Offer legal guidance and support to various business units.
- Oversee external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with corporate legal standards in North America.
Required Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law institution.
- Active member of the bar association.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as in-house counsel within the engineering industry.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in international legal matters.
- Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions.
