Competitive Salary: Up to $38/hour plus periodic bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 based on facility demand.

Night RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions as per policy.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and record their medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action for adverse symptomatology.
• Provide bedside care for pre- and post-surgery patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, and participate in discharge planning.
• Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• First aid and CPR certification.
