Key Responsibilities:
- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care while promoting a culture of safety, respect, and compassion.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions in care and promote a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Engage in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in ongoing education, stay current with best practices, and demonstrate leadership within nursing practice to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Experience: All registered nurses are encouraged to participate in our SPIRE clinical advancement program.
Licensure: Must be a licensed registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
