We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a key member of our worksite solutions team, you will provide high-quality occupational health services to employees at client locations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, utilizing your clinical expertise to conduct risk and health assessments.
- Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, and support for client Leave of Absence (LOA) management.
- Deliver preventative and restorative services, as well as education to employees, through job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Prepare reports on ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA matters.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed/certified LPN or RN
- 2 years of experience providing occupational health services or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Ability to develop professional relationships with clients and execute performance goals
