Job Description

Furla Spa C.F.-US is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and clientele targets set by store management.
  • Ensure the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperwork.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our luxury goods and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving repeat business and loyalty.
  • Operate the POS register and email systems with proficiency.
  • Implement and maintain a loss prevention program to safeguard the store's inventory.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
  • Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales/keyholder experience in the luxury goods industry.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, including being sales/goals driven.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated selling skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairs with or without a ladder.
