About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolate Advisor to join our team at Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprngli AG. As a Chocolate Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of premium chocolate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect premium chocolate gift or treat
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our chocolate products and their unique characteristics
  • Make recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment

  • Passion for premium chocolate and excellent knowledge of its characteristics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
