About the Role

We're seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Crate & Barrel. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales through the holiday season.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through our POS system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Communicate and promote applicable promotions, offers, and loyalty programs to customers
  • Lead by example and support store management in maintaining store profitability and operational excellence
  • Assist with ensuring products and displays are stocked and visually appealing
  • Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Good reading, written, and verbal language skills (English)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
  • Availability to work weekends, including the day after Thanksgiving and surrounding Christmas days
