This role may also offer additional earnings based on productivity and extra shift incentives as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver primary healthcare services to patients in both hospital and clinic settings.
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and health management.
- Prescribe medications and perform office procedures within your expertise and available resources.
- Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical and emotional health concerns.
- Engage in health promotion activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate in clinical care planning and policy-making.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, demonstrating proficiency in Electronic Medical Record systems.
- Work closely with staff and physicians to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Uphold the Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all job performance aspects.
Note: Full vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for employment at Confluence Health, with religious and medical exemptions considered upon request.
Work Environment:
Work is conducted in patient examination and treatment areas, which may be limited in space.
