We are seeking a qualified Movement Instructor to join our team at MADY'S DANCE FACTORY. As a Movement Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for dance with students of all ages and skill levels.

About the Job Description:

  1. Teach dance classes in Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary styles to students of all ages.
  2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels.
  3. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
  4. Prepare students for performances and recitals.
  5. Communicate effectively with students and colleagues.

About the Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching dance, specifically Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary.
  • Must have a clean background check.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students is essential.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development, a comprehensive health insurance plan, and paid time off.
