Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Automotive Service Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and guiding them through their vehicle service needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and addressing their questions.
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance requirements and conveying this information to our skilled Service Technicians.
- Maintaining current knowledge of our service offerings and proactively updating customers on their vehicle repair status.
- Documenting declined services and encouraging follow-up for future service considerations.
- Keeping customers informed about service completion times and any changes in service costs.
- Ensuring a smooth vehicle delivery process and addressing any customer concerns upon completion.
- Providing comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone, to ensure a positive service experience.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
