Job Overview

This Nursing Primary role at the DMC Receiving Hospital offers an excellent opportunity to work as a Clinical Nurse Preceptor Med Surg Full Time Days. With a competitive estimated salary of $74,400 per year, this position requires 2 years staff nurse experience in area of clinical specialty and a BSN or enrollment/documented intent to complete within two years.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide training and guidance to assigned personnel, perform on-going assessment and regular formal evaluations of nursing staff during orientation period, and document all observations and submit recommendations to supervisor. The ideal candidate will serve as a role model and resource person for all nursing staff, adhere to hospital and department policies, procedures, and objectives, and perform other duties as assigned.
