Compensation: $30 - $33 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll operations:
  • Scrutinize timesheets and resolve discrepancies to guarantee accuracy and correct coding.
  • Assess eligibility for meal premiums and stipends, and calculate accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding overtime calculations.
  • Input timesheets into the employee portal for payroll processing.
  • Adhere to payroll deadlines and coordinate with Certified Animal Safety Representatives to confirm timely and precise completion and submission of timesheets.
  • Review and process expense reports.
  • Ensure accurate coding for all accounting data in accordance with the chart of accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive accounting records, including document copying and filing.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Grant Manager to develop and present financial reports, including creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for senior management.
  • Assist with billing for productions as necessary to support the Accounting/Grant Manager.
