Job Summary:The Travel Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in a Psychiatric setting, 2 years preferred.
- Valid CT RN License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
