We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society in Waconia, MN. This part-time evening shift position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
  • Assist with basic health care needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum age of 16.
  • Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
