Refinishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Refinishing Specialist to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Refinishing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.
About the Role- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location)
- Job Type: Full-time
In this role, you will use your expertise in refinishing techniques and materials to transform worn and damaged surfaces, bringing them back to their original beauty.
Responsibilities- Inspect various surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
- Apply appropriate refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results
- Repair any existing damage or imperfections
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job
- High School Diploma: Required
- General Liability Insurance: Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in refinishing
- Skills: Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials, strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Licenses/Certifications: None specified
- Language Skills: English proficiency
