We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. This role requires developing and maintaining patient-specific care plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and supervising a small caseload.

  • This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

As Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality of patient care through effective care planning and coordination.
  • Obtaining physician orders for home care cases as required by State regulations.
  • Reporting changes in patient medical or mental condition to attending physicians and Agency staff involved in patient care.
  • Supervising and supporting the home care team.
