Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
- One year of experience in emergency services required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 60 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 60 days of employment start date.
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 60 days of employment start date.
